Magnara is a Kai Weapon forged by Lone Wolf using magical power in the armoury furnaces of the Kai Monastery. Magnara is an axe, and grants the wielder a +5 bonus to Combat Skill, rising to +8 when used against rock or stone.
Magnara's destructive properties provides occasional out-of-combat uses when something needs to be physically destroyed. It shares this property with the Andarin Warhammer and the Moggador-kor-Kaggaz.

- Dead in the Deep: Magnara (or the Andarin Warhammer, or the Moggador-kor-Kaggaz with at least one charge remaining) can be used to attempt to destroy the crystals protecting a Shadow Gate from the Nengud-kor-Adez.[1]
- The Dusk of Eternal Night: In the Crypt of Agarash, if Grand Master becomes trapped in a gland of gastic acid[2] or a pulmonary alveolus,[3], Magnara (or the Andarin Warhammer, or the Moggador-kor-Kaggaz with at least one charge remaining) can be used to shatter the walls, although it comes at a significant cost of Endurance.
